According to the experts speaking to the press, the expected rate of price increase depends on the financial situation of the house, its size, the type of heating, and whether the building has an elevator. Based on these, an increase of HUF 8-10,000 is likely in a well-run, four-story building without an elevator, depending on the size of the apartment, while in a debt-ridden, 10-story building with an elevator, an even greater increase in common costs can be expected.
