Prices per square meter are already above one million in six districts of Budapest.
So far, only I. and XII. and V. the average square meter prices were above one million forints, but now the II.. VI. and the XIII. district also entered the club of the most expensive districts.
The average price per square meter in Budapest was HUF 884,000 last year, but there is still a huge difference between districts. The XII. district is the most expensive, the XX. district is the cheapest.
The XVI. in the district, prices increased by 33%, the II., III., XII. and XVIII. in districts by more than 20% compared to 2022. real estate prices fell only in Csepel, Zugló, Soroksár and Újpest, by an average of 1%-4%.
