Twice as many people are looking for real estate in one of our counties than at this time last year. Although the national average demand growth is also amazing (in February it was 20% compared to last year), the double demand growth surprised even the experts.
According to data from the largest real estate portal, 50% more people are looking for real estate in Csongrád County than at this time last year. In addition to the expected investments and the more favorable financing environment, CSOK Plusz also has a favorable effect on the real estate market of the traditionally well-reputed region.
What follows from this? The supply has not yet picked up. According to the data of the specialist portal, it is decreasing: there are 10% fewer apartments for sale in Csongrád county than a year ago. The prices haven’t risen significantly yet, so there are strong arguments in favor of investing in real estate in Csongrád County this spring for those who have been thinking about it until now. And maybe even those who haven’t thought about this option yet.
